Figuring out the “How old are these leftovers?” system is unique to each household. When it comes time for holiday food to be used up you can count on one thing = the turkey dinner leftovers are from Thanksgiving day.

Everyone in my house {except me} gets tired of the turkey leftovers pretty quickly. Be sure to utilize some of the above recipes, check which leftovers can be frozen and how long the shelf life is.
